A standard home inspection doesn't look inside the sewer line. It's buried, so the only way to see it is with a camera. That matters most on older homes, and Mercer County has plenty of them. A sewer line problem is one of the more expensive things a buyer can inherit, and it's a lot easier to deal with before closing than after.
