I spent years doing hands-on service work before starting this. What stuck with me was how often the complaint wasn't really about the work. It was that nobody called back. Or the bill didn't match the quote. Or the job got done and the site got left a mess.
So this business runs the way I'd want someone to work on my own house. You get a price in writing. I turn up when I said. If I find something I wasn't expecting, I stop and show you before I carry on. And I clean up before I go.
